A digital security token that represents real fractional ownership in a specific US property LLC. Each property has its own legal entity (SPV). Your token proves you own a percentage of that LLC and are entitled to your share of the rent. It's not a derivative or a fund — it's direct ownership, recorded on the Polygon blockchain.
Tenants pay monthly rent to the property manager. After management fees (8%), platform fee (2%), and reserve contribution (5%), the remaining amount is converted to USDC. A smart contract automatically distributes each token holder's share. If you own 100 tokens out of 4,000, you receive 2.5% of the distribution — automatically, with no action required.
Yes. Restox launches globally under Regulation S, which allows non-US investors to participate immediately. You'll need to complete KYC verification (takes about 3 minutes via Persona) and certify you're not a US person. Every property maintains a 5% reserve fund built from rent payments. When the reserve reaches 6 months of equivalent rent, it covers dividends for up to 90 days during vacancies. Yes, and that's a good thing. Our tokens are classified as securities under the Howey Test, which means they're subject to clear, established regulations. We use ERC-3643 compliance tokens that enforce transfer restrictions at the smart contract level. Full legal compliance from day one.
A peer-to-peer secondary market is planned for Month 7 post-launch. Until then, tokens have a minimum holding period. This is standard for security tokens and is actually required by regulation. When the secondary market launches, you'll be able to list your tokens for other verified investors to purchase.
